Vegetable Biryani is very quick to make in pressure cooker. To make simple vegetable biryani we need just few vegetable and basmati rice. We can pack it for lunch. You can serve it as started dish and as side dish with raita. Here how to make vegetable biryani????

Preparation Time:- 20 Minutues
Cook Time:- 20 Minutes
Serves:- 2 serving

Ingredients:-
Basmati Rice 1 Cup
Onion 2
Tomato 1
Carrot 1 Large
Cauliflower 4-5 small picecs
Salt to taste
Green pees shelled 1/4 Cup
Bay leaf 1
Ginger-garlic paste 1tbs
Turmeric Powder 1tbs
Red Chilli powder 1tbs
Capsicum 1
Green Dhaniya Leaves 6-7
Gram masala powder 1 tbs
Jeera 1tbs

Directions:-
1) Wash the rice with Water, and soak rice in water for 10 Minutes.
2) Cut all vegetable into small slices.
3) Turn on heat and place the pan on heat. add vegetable oil, cook it for 2 minutes, now add jeera 1 tbs, onion chopped, tomato, green chilli and ginger- garlic paste, mix it well. Cook for 10 minutes.
When all ingredients turn in light brown color add all vegetables and mix well. Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes over medium flame.
4) Put the lid and check vegetables are cooked properly.
5) Now boil the rice in water with 4-5 drops of oil for 10 minutes.
6) Check rice with spoon and drain extra water and keep aside.
7) Mix cooked vegetables and boiled rice in big pan. Turn on heat on medium flame and cook for 5 Minutes.
8) Now turn off heat.
9) Serve hot Vegetable biryani with raita.
