recipe based on simple rice and milk. If you have milk and rice you can
make it anytime. You can carry it with lunch time. These are some
ingredients and instruction how to make it sweet and delicious:-
Preparation Time:- 20 Minutes
Cook Time:- 30 Minutes
Serves:- 5 persons
Ingredients:-
4 large cup milk
1/2 cup rice wash and soaked
5 cardamoms
1/4 cup Sugar
8-10 almonds
8-10 Raisins
5 Cashew nuts
Instructions:-
1) Wash and soak the rice for 1 hour. Squeeze the extra water from rice and keep aside.
2) Put milk in pan and turn on heat over high flame. Hot milk for 10 minutes.
3) Add soaked rice in hot milk and boil it for 15 minutes.
4) Add sugar, cardamoms and mix well. Stir tell sugar gets dissolved properly.
5) Turn off heat and transfer into serving bowl.
6) Garnish with almonds, raisins and cashew nuts.
7) You may serve it hot or chilled.
