Gulabjamun is traditional dessert in India, Everybody wants to eat gulabjamun after lunch or dinner.

Ingredients-
1/2 cup Maida (All Purpose Flour)
1 cup grated Mawa (Khoya)
1/8 teaspoon Baking Soda
Ghee (or oil), for deep frying
4-5 Green Cardamoms or 1/4 teaspoon 
Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder)
7-9 Saffron Strands (kesar)
1½ cups Sugar
2½ cups Water

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
How to Prepare Saffron Flavored Sugar Syrup?
Step 1. Take 1½ cups sugar, 4-5 green cardamoms (or 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder) and 7-9 saffron strands in a deep flat-bottomed pan.
Step 2. Add 2½ cups water and bring mixture to boil over high flame. When it comes to boil, reduce flame to medium and cook until sugar syrup is little sticky, stir occasionally in between. It will take around 12-15 minutes over medium flame. Turn off the flame and keep it aside. Heat the sugar syrup for 6-7minutes when deep fried jamuns are ready.
        
Method How to prepare:-
Step 1. Prepare 1/2 cup maida with hand and add khoya and 1/8 teaspoon baking soda. 
Step 2. Mix them properly with hand.
Step 3. Knead all of them together until smooth dough is prepared. If required add a few teaspoons of milk to knead a smooth and soft dough its your choice.
Step 4. Divide dough into small parts it should not be very large. It should be round goal shape. Grease hands with ghee and make smooth surfaced balls.

Step 5. Heat ghee or oil in pan. When ghee is little hot and dough ball into ghee according to pan size
it may 4-5 balls in pan. Boiling it until it become brown.
Step 6. Deep fry them until they turn golden brown, it will take around 6-7 minutes.

Step 7. Drain and transfer them  napkin and let them cool for 5-minutes. Now, the balls are increased in size after deep frying. Do not add them directly into warm sugar syrup.
Step 8. Add fried dough balls into warm sugar syrup, it should not be very hot. If you add them into hot syrup, they will shrink in size.
Step 9. Soak them for at least 2 hours before serving.
Step 10 Now, You can Serve sweet and hot gulabjamun..
