Today i am talking about boondi raita recipe. It is simple and easy
to prepare, but my favorite dish. I prepared it daily in breakfast. You
can also prepare on daily basis in your breakfast. So now lets talk
about recipe of boondi raita. This is prepared with step by step
instructions. Follow below steps:-
Preparation Time:- 15 Minutes
Serves: 3 Persons
Ingredients:-
1 cup curd
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup boondi
1/2 tbs black pepper powder
1/2 tbs chaat masala
2 green chillies finely chopped
1/2 tbs cumin powder
1-2 coriander leaves chopped
2-3 mint leaves chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 cup warm water
Instructions:-
1) Dip the 1/4 cup boondi in warm water for 5 minutes.
2) Drain the water from boondi, press with palm lightly, not mash it.
3) Whisk the curd and 1/4 cup milk and mix well in bowl.
4) Add boondi in curd and mix well.
5) Add other all ingredients like as black pepper powder, green chilli, mint and coriander leaves, salt and other powders. and mix well.
6) Keep it in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Let it cool.
7) After 15 minutes serve it rice or paratha.
