I love fired rice. It is simple recipe. Everybody can easily guess the Ingredients and try at home. You can take in lunch box with spicy gravy.
Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Coke Time: 10 Minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:-
Basmati rice:- 1 cup
Carrot:- 1
Beans:- 6-7
Baby Corn: 5
Pepper powder:- 1tbs
Oil:- 3 tbs
Water:- 1+1/2 cup
Cumin seeds:- 1/4 tbs
Instructions:-
1) Soak rice in water with 2-3 drop of oil for 10 minutes.
2) Drain off the rice to a colander and cool it.
3) Heat oil on medium flame in pan.
4) Add all ingredients and fry for 4 minutes.
Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Coke Time: 10 Minutes

Spring Onion:- 1Oil:- 3 tbs
Water:- 1+1/2 cup
Cumin seeds:- 1/4 tbs
Instructions:-

3) Heat oil on medium flame in pan.
4) Add all ingredients and fry for 4 minutes.
5) Mix rice in ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6) Garnish rice with fresh chopped spring onions
7) Serve with gravy, salad and raita.

loved this Fried rice which was not the Chinese style one, but it was
Indian style.It had only vegetables, but was so flavourful! It was so
simple that, I could really guess the ingredients and very tempted to
try at home. The very next day (Since I only had fried rice the before
day), I made for lunch with Gobi Manchurian.
The recipe is so so so simple. Only thing to do is cut the veggie
finely. Its very flavour but a quick fix, you can try for lunch box too
