Jeera Paulo is my favorite dish specially in lunch time. It is not

is very simple method to cook the Jeera Rice/Paulo. This is step by step
recipe, you can also follow below tips to make yummy jeera rice.
Preparation Time:- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time:- 15 Mintues
Serves:- 4 Serving
Ingredients:-
Basmati Rice:- 1 Cup
Ghee/oil:- 2 tbs
Jeera:- 1 tbs
Bay Leaf:- 3
Onion- 1 Large
Green Chillies: 4 Chopped
Ginger:- 1tbs
Garlic Paste:- 1tbs
Water:- 1+1/2 Cup
Salt as taste
Method:-
1) Wash rice and Soak for 15 Minutes.
2) Drain and keep aside.
3) Heat ghee over medium flame in pressure cooker, add jeera, bay leaf.
4) Add salt, chopped rice, green chillies and cook for 5 minutes.
5) Add garlic paste and ginger.
6) Add rice and water and mix well.
7) Cover cooker pressure cooker with lid and wait one whistle.
8) Turn off the flame.
9) Serve the rice with Curd or any vegetable.
