rice, biryani, parathas, pualo and chats also. Punjabi's are fan of
curd. They can not eat paraths without raita. So Today i am preparing
onion raita recipe with step by step procedure.
Preparation Time:- 5 Minute
Serves:- 2
Ingredients:-
1 Cup Curd
1/4 Cup Milk
Salt to taste
1/2 tbs Black Pepper
1 Large onion finely chopped
1/2 tbs cumin seeds
4-5 leaves coriander leaves
1 green chilli
Instructions:-
1) Wash onion and peel it. Cut it into small cubes.
2) Whisk the curd and add milk mix well in bowl.
3) Add salt, black pepper, green chilli, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves cumin seeds and mix well
4) Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix till become smooth.
5) Serve with paratha or rice.
