Mooli stuffed paratha is famous dish of Punjab. It is easy to prepare and yummy paratha recipe. We can prepare this recipe with shredded mooli, green coriander leaves and spinach leaves to make garnish dish. Learn how to make spicy mooli paratha and about ingredients.

Preparation Time:- 30 Minutes
Cook Time:- 20 Minutes
Serves:- 4(8 Pieces)

Ingredients:-
2 cup flour for all purpose
1 cup shredded mooli
1 cup spinach and coriander leaves finely chopped
4-5 green chillies finely chopped
1/2 tbs garm masala
1/2 tbs coriander seeds
Salt to taste
1 cup water
4 tbs desi ghee or oil for cooking

Instructions for Stuff:-
1) Remove water from shredded mooli by squeezing and keep in big bowl.
2) Add chopped spinach and coriander leaves in shredded mooli and mix well.
3) Add salt to taste, chopped green chillies, garm masala and coriander seeds and mix well.
4) Divide stuff into 8 equal parts. Keep aside.

Instructions for Dough:-
1) Knead dough in big bowl, add water till it become soft and smooth, when it become soft and smooth keep aside.
2) Divide it into 8 equal parts.
3) Take one roll on chapati making board and roll it like circle, Put one roll of stuff and place on center of chapati. Fold from all sides, Press with palm and coat roll with dry flour.
4) Place roll on chakla and make chapati like as circle again.
5) Place it on heated griddle on medium flame.
6) Spread 1/2 tbs on stuffed paratha and turn another side cook it for 30 seconds.
7) Cook paratha till it turn in little brown colour.
8) Apply all above methods for remaining rolls to make stuff paratha.
9) Serve with simple curd or onion raita.
